I am a Partner in our Operational Real Estate team at Gerald Eve, based in the West End office. I am a specialist agent advising mostly on disposals and acquisitions on educational, healthcare, student/hostel, nursery, religious orders, community, other institutional and charity held properties. I have further experience in valuation, lease consultancy and other advisory services, including providing Designated Adviser’s (Charities Act) Reports.
I have been at Gerald Eve for almost 8 years now, following qualifying at Aitchison Raffety, where I carried out much of the same work, but also in other markets including; industrial, retail and office markets and the primary healthcare sector.
I have worked with clients including; Salvation Army, Peabody, Alpha Plus, Dukes Education, Capital City College Group, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Society of the Sacred Heart, Little Sisters of the Poor, Daughters of St Paul and Congregation of Notre Dame of Sion.

Sale of Lief House on the Finchley Road, which comprised the freehold interest of a four-storey building occupied by the NHS and owned by BCOM. The building was sold following an extremely competitive bidding process.

Sale of More House, Cromwell Road, which included the sale of the sale the freehold interest in the property. The property featured a 79 bed student hostel, with potential to increase the capacity.

Disposal of Former City and Islington College building with F1 use. On behalf of Capital City College Group we negotiated terms for the sale of their freehold interest in the school unconditionally.

Disposal of Booth House on behalf of the Salvation Army. The comprises a freehold, prominent 150 bedroom hostel totalling 61,868 sq ft, consisting of a mixture of single rooms, ensuite rooms and self-contained apartments across seven floors.
