Ben is an Associate in the Central London Investment team with a focus on advising on the acquisition, asset management and disposal strategies of assets on behalf of a range of domestic and overseas investors.

With 6 years’ experience in the Central London office market, Ben has a specific focus on how new occupier trends in the workplace are impacting the investment market and works closely with our planning and development team in advising clients on the asset lifecycle to maximise investment returns. Ben is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is a RICS registered valuer.
