I’m a Senior Associate in the Central London Investment team. I work in advising on the acquisition, asset management and disposal strategies of assets on behalf of a range of both domestic and overseas investors.

With seven years’ experience in the Central London office market, I have a clear picture of how new occupier trends in the workplace are impacting the investment market. I work closely with our planning and development team in advising clients on the asset lifecycle to maximise investment returns.

I work with Stenprop, City University of London, English UK, Tishman Speyer, Capita Business Services and private family and overseas investors.

  • Stenprop – I advised on the freehold sale of Euston House, 24 Eversholt Street, NW1 to Arax Partners.
  • City University of London – I advised on the freehold sale of Bath & Cayton, Old Street, EC1 to Rockspring.
  • Private Family – I advised on the freehold sale of The Ragged School, Vine Hill, EC1 to GMG.
