I have seventeen years’ experience in real estate investment initially acting on the client side as an asset manager and fund manager. Over the last six years I have focussed on BtR initially working for the Vista Fund acquiring and leasing up new BtR schemes. The last three years have been spent undertaking consultancy and agency work for developers and investors.

I have a broad range of clients including developers, institutional investors, and private equity. These include Patrizia, BP Pension Fund, Starlight and Enfield Council.

I am a member of the BtR committee for the British Property Federation (BPF).

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Patrizia- sourcing off market 102 residential units at Regency Heights, Park Royal and acquiring from Fairview. Strategic advice on rental levels, lease up rates, break up values to complete a financial model and business plan.
• Acquisition of BtR Schemes on a Forward Purchase – I have sourced and advised on the acquisition of BtR schemes as well as stable investments for institutional investors. Undertaking the underwriting, advising on rents, operating costs and the forward purchase structure, clients include Hermes, Patrizia and BP Pension Fund.
• Development Advisory – I advise developers looking to create BtR schemes and exit on a forward funded basis advising on the optimal scheme, sales structure, and timing to market. Clients include Enfield Council and FI Real Estate.
