I specialise in the management of commercial property assets on behalf of landlords, to maximise rental income, enhancing property values and ensuring occupier retention.

My core expertise is the management of service charge budgets, coordinating lease events, advising on assignments, sub-letting as well as identifying and delivering asset management initiatives.

I am experienced at dispute resolution and negotiation, more recently negotiating lease variations in return for Covid payment plans or concessions. This supported the tenant’s cash flow in the short term, and secured extended occupancy for my client.

I have a mixture of assets under my management, including retail, leisure, industrial and office. These are located across the UK but predominantly London and South East.

My clients include Bank of England, Morden College and Belstaff International.
