I specialise in retail lease consultancy, advising landlords and tenants in relation to rent reviews, lease renewals and regears. I am on the RICS panels of arbitrators and independent experts appointed to deal with rent review disputes on retail and restaurant properties in London and the South East.

My occupier clients include: Argos, Coral, Costa, Holland & Barrett, JD Sports, Poundland, River Island, Sainsbury’s, Select Service Partner, Ted Baker, Timpson, Topps Tiles, Waterstones and WH Smith. I act for landlords including Durkan Estates, Englander Group, Grosvenor, Lazari Investments, OLIM and The Arch Co. I advise lease consultancy clients on re-gear programmes throughout the UK and have developed an expertise in this area of work.
