I am a Partner in the Capital Markets team with experience in the acquisition and disposal of national office assets, focusing on the South East market.

I have over 10 years’ of experience in the national office investment market working for a broad range of clients. I have detailed knowledge of underwriting and modelling corporate property investment and development transactions.

I have a broad range of clients including UK Institutions, property companies, private equity, private and overseas investors. My clients include; Schroders, Aberdeen Standard, CLS, AEW, Cromwell, Mayfair Capital, Capital Trust, Clearbell and Wrenbridge.



  • Imperial Place, Borehamwood – I acted on the acquisition in 2015  for £40m and the £62.5m sale in 2018 on behalf of Cromwell. Imperial Place is a 230,000 sq ft office park in in the centre of Borehamwood. This sale marked the successful acquisition, implementation of the business plan and disposal producing a capital gain of over £22.5m in three years.
  • Woking One – I advised Wrenbridge on the £5m acquisition and £27.2m disposal of Woking One. The asset is located adjacent to Woking Station and was a back to frame refurbishment which was fully let on completion.. I advised Wrenbridge throughout the process resulting in a successful disposal resulting in a £22.2m uplift in value.
  • Globeside, Marlow – I advised on the £43.5m acquisition of a prime town centre office park on behalf of Buckinghamshire Council. Globeside is a 116,000 sq ft office campus providing secure income.
