This includes working with clients to fully understand individual requirements, maintaining regular contact throughout the valuation process, and maintaining close working relationships even after the instruction is completed.

Client satisfaction is important to me, and I pride myself on consistently completing residential valuation instructions within the agreed service level agreements. I keep abreast of news in the industry as well as policy changes to ensure that I may advise my clients accordingly.

Our clients include lenders and wealth mangers from around the world as well as companies and private clients. Many of our prime Central London instructions are highly classified, and as such I always act with complete discretion for all parties. I have undertaken single asset valuations up to a value of £80m and portfolio valuations up to an aggregate value of £750m.
