The bulk of my experience is providing consultancy advice to property occupiers in the healthcare, education and charity sectors, on property tax (business rates), valuation and lease consultancy.

In the healthcare sector I advise both the NHS and private providers mainly concerning acute and psychiatric facilities. For education, I act for a number of universities and other higher education providers. I am also retained to advise a number of major museums and other charities.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust – I provide asset valuation advice to Guy’s & St Thomas’ Trust across its diverse estate of hospitals, health centres and other property types, in excess of £1 billion. I have also acted for the Trust negotiating lease terms for new specialised facilities co-located on another NHS Trust site.
• Priory Group – I manage the firm’s rating advice to the Priory Group (including Partnerships in Care and Aspire) across the UK. This includes their mental healthcare, educational & children’s services and residential adult care.
• Kingston University – I advise Kingston University providing valuations for a range of purposes and co-ordinating the wider advice provided by the firm under our full estates services mandate. This has allowed for a full estate strategy review leading to advice on potential disposal.
