I work as a Business Development Manager within Gerald Eve Corporate Finance.

My specialty is in New Build Warranties and I manage new build warranty provision for our clients as well as maintaining strong relationships with build warranty providers to ensure we source the best terms for our clients.

I have over 10 years’ experience within the property sector gained in the estate agency and build warranty arenas working for companies such as Countrywide, Premier Guarantee, CRL and Homeproof.

I joined Peritus in 2020 as Business Development Manager to assist in the company’s growth and to create our market leading new build warranty service.

 

MY RECENT PROJECTS

In the past 12 months, I have advised on over £155m of build warranty cover. Due to demand we have expanded this service to include sourcing Road Bonds, Deposit Protection, Social Housing Cover, Contractor Insolvency, Building Control Services, Construction Insurances, Contractors All Risk and more.
