I am an Associate in the Hotel and Extended Stay Team based in London.

I began my career as a Surveyor in 2016 and joined Gerald Eve in 2021 after specialising in the sector for the past three years. I specialise in providing valuation, advisory, acquisition and disposal advice in the Hotel and Serviced Apartments markets across the UK and Europe working with banks, funds, investors and hotel owners.

 

MY RECENT PROJECTS

  • Since joining Gerald Eve, recent instructions have include luxury lifestyle hotels in central London, easyHotel’s Portfolio, Ibis budget Luton Airport and Empress Hotel Isle of Man.
  •  Key recent deals the team has been involved in and advised on includes the Yotel Clerkenwell along with the Holiday Inn Manchester and the Park Inn Manchester.
  • A recent report considered converting conference space at an existing hotel in central London to a small format bedroom hotel.
  • Businesses we have advised on include Native, Locke, Edyn, Cove, Marriot Residence Inn, Adagio, Staybridge, Lamington Group and Frasers Residences.
