I am the Site based Assistant Building Manager of a large office building in the City of London. I co-manage all aspects of the FM service of the property with the Senior Building Manager and the wider Property and Asset Management team (PAM).
Prior to joining Gerald Eve back in April 2020, I worked for various employers as a Front of House Receptionist from where I gained my initial experience of customer services and the FM functions by carrying out multiple admin tasks on behalf of the Facilities Managers.
Liaison with Tenants, Clients and the wider PAM team is the core aspect of my role. I ensure that all the PPM and reactive tasks have been completed on-time and to an acceptable standard to keep the building and its operations complaint to all the relevant legislation.
