I am a Senior Associate in the London Industrial Agency team with a principal focus on the London and South East industrial market. I specialise in advising a broad range of industrial occupiers and landlords on their property strategies including both acquisitions and disposals. Client’s I advise include Ocado Group, Segro, Bloom Developments, London Metric, Arch Co, Schroders, and Wolseley, across a range of property types.

I have over 6 years’ experience at Gerald Eve and having spent 4 years focusing solely on industrial property, I have a growing understanding of the market across London and the South East of England.

My core expertise focuses on the disposal of multi-let warehouses and on the acquisition of industrial and logistics assets across London and the South East

I am advising Ocado Group on behalf of their Ocado Zoom fast grocery delivery service, acquiring sites across London and other UK cities.

I am part of the lettings team working on Segro’s Slough Trading Estate, the largest trading estate under single ownership in Europe, working on the disposal of all vacant industrial properties across the estate whilst also supporting and advising on marketing strategies.

Over the past 5 years I have been involved in the marketing and disposal of railway arches, traditional warehouses and open storage land across London on behalf of The Arch Company. The rise of e-commerce and last mile logistics since 2020 has significantly increased demand creating challenges for occupiers to find suitable accommodation. Working alongside the client I have been able to offer support and fulfil business’s property requirements.

I work closely with the Capital Market team providing an overview of the occupier market, and have previously worked in the industrial valuation team at Gerald Eve which has given me a broad outlook of the challenge’s occupiers and landlords face within an ever changing and growing market.

I pride myself in consistently delivering a high standard of service to clients, being able to manage expectations and having good communication skills.
