I take pride in providing advice in aiding clients to get the most effective solution to problems surrounding their business rates valuation or bill.

I have in-depth knowledge of the case law surrounding redevelopments, refurbishments, and demolitions. I seek the best possible removal dates when deleting properties from the Rating List and thus significantly reducing the amount of the client’s liability.

Core to my work in the London Offices team, I execute and deliver strategies for our serviced office clients, being an expert in this particular sub-market.

Having worked on rating appeals in both the 2010 and the 2017 List, I am experienced in both negotiating with the Valuation Office Agency and in navigating the Check Challenge Appeal (CCA) Portal and process.

In addition to being member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, I am also a RICS Registered Valuer, a trained APC Assessor for the RICS and an associate member of the Rating Surveyors Association.
