My work involves liaising with and instructing other members of multi-disciplinary development teams, providing local and strategic planning advice, negotiating with planning officers and preparing, submitting and monitoring applications.

My key clients include Soho Estates, Hines, Quadrum Global, Global Holdings and Vengrove.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Foyles  – I undertook the planning work in relation to this site bound by Charing Cross Road, Manette Street and Greek Street. Demolition was secured in relation to most of the buildings on the site and to provide a four basement, ground plus eight storey office building which will measure circa 300,000 sq ft. A new piece of public realm will also be created to provide space for restaurants and outdoor cinema screening.
• Walker’s Court, Soho – I worked from the start of the project to completion of the redevelopment of Walker’s Court, a politically sensitive street in central Soho to provide a total of 50,000 sq ft on behalf of Soho Estates. The development includes two nightclubs, offices, flats, retail, a restaurant and the re-established Boulevard Theatre.
• 20-24 Broadwick Street – I worked on behalf of a private individual to gain permission for an eight-storey luxury hotel within the centre of Soho. This will include large restaurant and bar areas with views over central London.
