I am a Senior Surveyor in the Planning and Development team at Gerald Eve, based in our Birmingham office, since 2019. I specialise in the disposal, acquisition, promotion, valuation, and development consultancy of both brownfield and greenfield sites. My expertise primarily covers the Industrial and Logistics sector, where I provide comprehensive advisory services to both developers and landowners on complex development matters.
My area of specialisation is in development consultancy advice, with a particular focus on transactions. I offer expert guidance on development land, addressing both greenfield and brownfield projects.
In my role, I draw on a broad skill set in development consultancy and transactional projects, with extensive experience representing both private landowners and developer clients. Some of my current clients include St Modwen, Harworth, Catesby Estates, Trebor, various private landowners, Richborough Commercial, and Opus.
The advisory services I provide encompass disposal strategy, valuation opinions, options analysis, full-scale marketing campaigns, bid analysis, and contract negotiations. I am experienced in advising on both unconditional and conditional disposals, as well as promotion and option agreements.
My project portfolio includes advising a private landowner on the disposal of approximately 900 acres, securing a development partner for an industrial and logistics project on 120 acres near DRIFT, acquiring around 200 acres of consented land for a developer, and advising multiple landowners on approximately 200 acres within the Golden Triangle, seeking a development partner for an industrial and logistics site.
