I’m a Partner in our Capital Markets team specialising in South East office investment sales and acquisitions.
I worked in the Drivers Jonas/Deloitte Capital Markets team for 15 years and previously at NAI Gooch Webster before joining the team here at Gerald Eve in 2016.
I advise a broad range of clients including private equity, institutions, property companies, syndicates, private investors and banks in the UK. These include Aberdeen Standard, CCLA, BMO, Patrizia, Patron, Wrenbridge and Barwood.
MY RECENT PROJECTS
- Davidson Forbury Square Reading – I advise on marketing this asset for Schroders which is a prime high profile multi-let asset in the heart of Reading. I was involved in the purchase in 2012 and the subsequent ongoing sale which involves offers in excess of £60m.
- Hounslow Centre, Hounslow – I acted on behalf of Lasalle on the disposal of this multi-let office building. Working with our planning and development colleagues, we successfully secured permitted development rights prior to sale. The building was bought by Addington Capital for £21m.
- Ascot House, Maidenhead – I acted on behalf of Goldman Sachs on the disposal of the above property which was let to Acenden Mortgages for a further 4 years. It was bought by Anglesea Capitla for £11.8m.
