My day to day involves managing the system data maintenance and accounting functions for a large portfolio mainly commercial based. The clients are a mix of small single owed sites as well as larger clients multiple and more complex sites. My role includes system lease updates, client reporting & rent transfers, service charge management and reconciliations, VAT reporting & submissions and overseeing the accounts payable function.

My largest clients are the Christ’s Hospital Foundation Trust (managing sites all across the UK) and the Bestseller group (mainly London based sites). Most recently I have taken over responsibility of manging the prestigious 25 Copthall Avenue in London which has a very large service charge to maintain. All of these clients have tailor made specific reporting to meet their requirements
