I am an Associate in the Capital Markets team with a specific focus on portfolio investment across the UK. My key responsibilities involve advising clients on portfolio transactions and strategy as well as undertaking detailed investment analysis.

I thrive advising clients on complex portfolio transactions, providing clear analysis and helping clients make informed investment decisions. My core expertise includes industrial, office, retail warehousing and motor retail sectors across the UK with a principal focus on the listed real estate sector. With excellent attention to detail and an analytical approach to investment opportunities, I am able to advise clients how best to achieve their investment objectives.

 

MY RECENT PROJECTS

  • In 2021, I advised clients on over £400m of commercial property transactions across multiple sectors including Regional REIT’s acquisition of the £236m Squarestone Portfolio.
