I am a Partner in our Office Agency team, based in our London City office. I have been with Gerald Eve for over six years having started on the graduate scheme in September 2013

I specialise in providing strategic property advice to office occupiers on acquisitions, disposals and lease renewals. My focus is predominantly Central London, however I have also advised clients in the North of England including Manchester, Leeds, Sale and Chester.

My key clients have included Schroders, Haitong International, Dart Capital, Guy Butler, Indecs, Prudential, Arts Council England, English UK, Ibstock Brick, Whitbread, AB InBev, AlixPartners, Gallagher, Mindbody & Ocado.



  • Ibstock Group – Ibstock instructed Gerald Eve to advise on the acquisition of a new London office. Their preference was a ground floor unit in Clerkenwell/Farringdon to provide a London base, but also enabling them to showcase their products. The search brief was specific, however I managed to identify a few suitable properties and I negotiated terms for the acquisition of a ground/lower ground floor unit on Hatton Garden.
  • English UK – I advised English UK on the freehold disposal of 219 St John Street in Clerkenwell, EC1. Gerald Eve were the sole marketing agent, advising on all aspects of the sale from preparing the marketing material to analysing offers and overseeing the legal process to completion. I also undertook a comprehensive search to find an alternative office for the client to relocate to, advising on the purchase of a long leasehold office unit in Bermondsey, SE1.
  • Arts Council England – I provided strategic advice on the potential relocation of their Manchester office ahead of a break clause. I negotiated terms and provided detailed advice and commentary on the lease structure and financial implications of a shortlist of potential relocation options, which was fundamental to the client’s decision-making process.
