I am a Partner in the Residential Development Valuation team. My principal responsibility is providing valuation advice to lenders, land/homeowners, developers, and institutional investors. That advice is typically in the form of valuations for secured lending, accounts purposes, or acquisition/disposal.
I have over twenty years of valuation experience majoring principally in residential property. That valuation work has involved a wide range of residential asset types, including everything from single units to large residential portfolios, and small development sites to large regeneration projects.
My valuation experience is largely from a central London base and I have therefore established an extensive knowledge of the Prime Central London residential Market. I have also benefitted from a background that includes leasehold enfranchisement valuations in central London thus providing me with an excellent understanding of valuing short leasehold properties.
My key clients are mainly UK and foreign banks, lenders and funds seeking valuation advice on residential property/development sites before providing secured lending.
