I’m driven to provide expert advice to a range of clients operating in different sectors as part of their pre-acquisition, disposal and refinancing technical due diligence processes.  

I undertake technical due diligence surveys on a range of assets including, educational buildings, office, industrial, manufacturing and distribution and retail assets. I have recently provided technical due diligence advice to City, University of London, Bedford Borough Council and Russell Cooke LLP as part of their pre-acquisition phases and to Pizza Express as part of its existing stock review.  

My core areas of expertise are technical due diligence building surveys, contract administration, project management, reinstatement costs assessments, defect diagnosis and planned preventative maintenance programmes
