I am the lead Partner in the residential development valuation team. I advise banks, developers, house builders, public bodies, local authorities, private equity funds and property companies. I provide advice for numerous purposes including loan security, financial reporting, acquisition and disposal as well as mergers and transactions.

My whole career has been focused on the valuation of residential property and residential-led mixed use schemes. I have been involved in the valuation of some of the largest regeneration schemes in London, including being the lead residential valuer on the King’s Cross redevelopment for accounts purposes, as well as green and brownfield development in the south east. I was also the residential lead on the valuation of the residential assets of British Land, both development and standing investment, and I have significant experience in the valuation of high value single assets in Prime Central London and the home counties.

My key clients are mainly UK and foreign banks and lenders looking to fund residential development in UK, as well as private and public bodies and institutions.
