Joshua is a Partner, based in our London Office with over 13 years of experience within Logistics and Industrial markets.

He specialises in the disposal and acquisition of Industrial and Logistics assets with a particular focus on Urban Logistics across the London and South East regions.  Joshua is also experienced in the development of multi let industrial estates having advised developers and landlords on schemes varying in size from 50,000 sq. ft. – 250,000 sq. ft.

Specific experience
Joshua’s advises both landlords and occupiers and clients include SEGRO, L&G, Orchard Street Investment Management, Telereal Trillium, Caisson Asset Management and BMO Real Estate Partners.  In the last 12 months, Joshua has transacted in excess of 750,000 sq. ft. of multi let industrial and logistics property across London and the South East. He is currently advising clients on a range of single and multi-let assets across the South East of England.

Acting on behalf of Ocado, Joshua provides acquisition and disposal advice, assisting with their growth across the country. He has acquired a significant portion of their distribution portfolio including sites at Ruislip, Welwyn Garden City, Barking, Park Royal, Oxford and West Drayton. Most recently he assisted with the design and build acquisition of a new 600,000 sq. ft. distribution centre in South East London.

Joshua has advised occupational clients including BT, Mercedes Benz and Vodafone in disposing of surplus assets including a 20,000 sq ft. switching centre at Crossways Business Park, Dartford; a 50,000 sq ft dispatch warehouse in Milton Keynes and vacant industrial sites in the Home Counties.

Joshua is also currently advising landlords on various trade counter opportunities within their portfolios and works closely with our Capital Markets team in providing due diligence on new acquisitions.

Joshua is a Professional Member of the RICS and Treasurer of the Industrial Agents Society.
