I'm a Property & Rating Administration Manager based in our central London offices. I have worked in Business Rates for over 10 years, part of which was spent at a Local Authority and on secondment to a Serviced Office operator.

I specialise in Serviced Offices, focusing on Business Rates Reliefs. I provide ongoing support and business rates training for our in-house clients. I have also spent some time in our Asset Management team, dealing with Filming Permits and Risk Assessments.

 

Some of the clients I work with include Kinetic, Boutique Workplace, Ministry, Halkin Offices, IWG Franchise Partners, Plexal, Oru-Space and Venture X.
