Kevin is a Senior Associate Planning Consultant within the firm’s Planning and Development Team.
He has over 16 years’ experience working in the private planning consultancy sector and is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Kevin’s key strengths lie in coordinating and managing large-scale mixed-use developments and masterplan projects across London.

Kevin applies a commercially-minded approach to planning strategies and advice to maximise client objectives and minimise planning risk. He has particular knowledge of and experience within Outer London and, as a result, has established strong relationships and connections with senior officers in the Outer London boroughs, including Ealing, Harrow, Richmond-upon-Thames, Croydon, Wandsworth and Hillingdon.

Specific experience

BBC Television Centre, White City – Stanhope’s redevelopment of TVC, involving over 900 residential units and over 200,000sqm of floorspace. Kevin is managing all planning-related aspects concerning the implementation of the development. Phase 1 is now complete and residents are moving in.

Stag Brewery, Mortlake – Reselton Property Limited’s masterplanning and redevelopment of this 9 hectare River Thames fronting site for over 1 million sq ft of development including around 800 homes, retail/restaurants, new school, cinema, offices, hotel and community uses.

Taberner House, Croydon – HUB’s development of the former Taberner House site in central Croydon for over 500 new apartments, including a tower of 35 storey’s plus commercial uses. Planning permission secured in summer 2017. Kevin is now managing the implementation stage of the project.

Residential-led mixed-use developments in central and greater London – Currently advising on large-scale residential-led developments in Croydon, Battersea, Harrow and Ealing, collectively comprising over 1,200 new homes in total plus significant commercial floorspace.
