My valuation experience is broad and ranges from providing initial desktop reviews through to Red Book valuations for secured lending, accounting and development purposes. Every hotel is unique and I therefore carry out an exceptionally thorough review of the trading asset which enables me to develop a holistic understanding of the hotel I am valuing.   

I am retained by several leading pension funds including LaSalle Investment Management, CBRE Global Investors, Knight Frank Investment Management, DTZ Investment Management, Lothbury and BMO to provide due diligence advice on the acquisition of hotel and extended stay investments. Through comprehensive research, I provide well-reasoned advice to clients to assist them in their decision-making process. 

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• I have undertaken a number of hotel feasibility reports for a range of purposes including for planning. I go above and beyond what is expected in my research which enables me to develop a forensic understanding of local markets and provide my client with the most informed advice. 
• Gerald Eve, and I have specialised in the extended stay sector since 2011 as a valuer to HSBC on the EDYN portfolio. As the sector has emerged and grown in popularity, I have advised numerous serviced apartment and aparthotel sector clients seeking to capitalise on this popularity.
