My background and expertise are in complex high profile commercial, retail, hotel, residential and mixed-use developments and regeneration projects across London.

I am also Chair of the Camden Working Group and the Knowledge Quarter Liaison Group, a group set up by the London Property Alliance alongside senior planning and placemaking officers from Camden Council to share best practice and industry insight among the group to help resolve specific shared challenges across the borough and, in particular, in the Knowledge Quarter and its surrounds.

I advise leading UK and international owners, developers, investors and occupiers.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• British Library – I am advising Stanhope and Mitsui on the extension to the British Library and a major new commercial building in the heart of the Knowledge Quarter. This is one of a series of major developments I am working on in the Knowledge Quarter.
• Victoria – I have advised Landsec on their Victoria portfolio which has created in the region of 400,000 sq.m. of commercial office and retail space and over 500 residential units as well as significant new public realm and substantial transport benefits.
• 8 Bishopsgate – I advised Mitsubishi on their 50 storey, 50,000 sq.m. office tower in the City of London’s tall building’s cluster.
