I focus on providing strategic proactive asset management through the implementation of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears as well as the identification of redevelopment and refurbishment opportunities and wider property management issues. The portfolios currently under my management comprise of a mixture of assets across the UK ranging from retail, industrial, leisure, residential and office properties. My other work includes dealing with assignments, subletting, applications for alterations, variations to leases and also assisting with rent, insurance and service charge collection.

My main clients include Harmsworth Pooled Property Unit Trust (Daily Mail Pension Fund), Christ’s Hospital and The Skinners’ Company

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• St Paul’s House, Winchester:  A surrender was agreed with the existing tenant and a new 15-year lease agreed for post completion of the extension and refurbishment works. The works completed in January 2021 to provide 28,500 sqft of office accommodation. The asset was sold in December 2021 for £15.9m, reflecting a yield of 4.74%.
