Lloyd is a lead Partner in the Offices division and member of the Capital Markets team. With over 25 years’ experience, he specialises in the London office market, providing advice and consultancy to a number of private and institutional clients in both an investment and leasing capacity. He sits on the company Strategy Board.

Specific experience
Euston House, Eversholt Street, NW1 – advised on the sale of a £95m multi-let office building next to the station on behalf of Stenprop.

Acorn House, Grays Inn Road, WC1 – sale and lease back disposal of the HQ offices on behalf of the Terrace Higgins Trust for £16m.

16-20 Boston Place, NW1 – advised Delancey on the acquisition of a long let medical centre in Marylebone for £5.6m.

41 Devonshire Place, W1 – advised the Royal Philatelic Society London on the disposal of the freehold headquarters by way of a sale and leaseback for £10m+ and simultaneously acquired a new HQ’s in 15 Abchurch Lane, EC4 for a similar figure.

Holborn Island, EC1 – 2.6 acre acquisition advice on a mixed use, multi-let freehold investment purchase of c£230m for an Asian investor.

213 Pentonville Road, N1 – disposal of a long leasehold interest (92 years) for a private Trust to an overseas investor for £20m+

110 High Holborn, WC1 – advised a Singaporean client on the freehold multi let office and retail investment of c£100m.

Walter House, Strand, WC2 – advised Nadler Hotels and a local retail investor on the joint acquisition of the freehold vacant office and retail investment opportunity of c£30m. The team then secured planning for a change of use.

10 Dean Farrar Street, SW1 – advised CERN on the acquisition of multi-let freehold office investment for Pension Fund in excess of £25m.

35 Cosway Street, NW1 – advised of the head-lease restructure and subsequent back-to-back vacant possession sale with the head lessor on behalf of for The London Diocese Fund for over £10m.

4 Stratford Place, W1 – advised the owner occupier in the acquisition of the freehold interest for their new HQ offices for around £15m.

9 Marylebone Lane, W1 – provided disposal advice to USS on the sale of over £20m freehold asset.

47-57 Marylebone Lane, W1 – provided advice to the Howard de Walden Estate in an off market mixed use investment acquisition of over £10m.

20 North Audley Street, W1 – provided acquisition advice on a multi let office and retail purchase for Ivygate for around £55m.

96 Kensington High Street, W8 – acting for a private investor, acquired a £15m+ office and retail freehold in an off market transaction.

99-121 Kensington High Street, W8 – advised on the purchase of the 2.6 acre / 392,000sq ft mixed use long leasehold interest for over £100m.

With around £3billion transacted in the London market, Lloyd has advised on a variety of transactions in the Capital. In addition, he has experience of over 700,000 sq ft of office trades outside of London.  This work has been targeted at the Private Rented Sector and development schemes in Greater London.

His previous leasing experience extended to over 1m sq ft of acquisitions and disposals in the West End acting for a variety of developers, corporates, institutions, charities and London Estates.

In a professional capacity, he continues to advise a number of London’s Landed Estates as well as charities including the Institute of Cancer Research, Prostate Cancer and Girlguiding UK and Kings College London, as well as the Royal Institution of Great Britain.

A father of three teenagers, he remains a keen sportsman and single figure golfer.
