I am a Senior Associate in the Development team who qualified as a member of the RICS and a RICS Registered Valuer in 2016. Based in the West End, I am responsible for undertaking valuation, feasibility, viability, and development work for a range of private and public sector clients, on mixed-use development schemes.
My expertise is a focus on large scale portfolio valuations, both Red Book and Non-Red Book, comprising a range of uses including developments during construction. My skillset expands to feasibility assessments including financial viability advice for both private developers and local authorities on a range of land uses.
I have significant experience of working on complex schemes including bulk scale and massing assessments, providing pre-application viability advice, preparing financial viability reports, undertaking due diligence work and assisting on Site Value assessments to support viability work.
Key clients I work with include the Grosvenor Estate, Bedford Estate and Portman Estate, Homes England, London Boroughs including the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster City Council and several private developers and charities. I provide each with practical development advice which minimise their risk whilst meeting their objectives.
