I’ve been involved in some of the most high-profile transactions in the City market, acting exclusively for tenants. These include Clifford Chance and Lehman Brothers (each 1m sq ft at Canary Wharf) plus other examples listed below.
MY RECENT PROJECTS
- Bank of England – I’ve been lead corporate real estate advisor to the Bank of England since 2010 and have recently been re-appointed following a public tender process. Highlights include instruction to sell the Bank’s historic 28-acre Roehampton Sports Ground.
- Nomura – I’ve been lead property advisor to Nomura since 2006. Highlights include the 1m sq ft Canary Wharf lease exit after Nomura’s purchase of Lehman Brothers and the acquisition of a new 500,000 sq ft HQ at One Angel Lane, EC4 with a record six years rent-free worth £120m.
- St Martin’s Le Grand – In 2014, I led the team in the sale and leaseback of Nomura’s 275,000 sq ft former HQ at 1 St Martin’s Le Grand for c £150m.
