I am an Associate who works exclusively within the valuation team of our Glasgow office. As a RICS Registered Valuer, I have reported on a range of property types, often unconventional. I joined Gerald Eve in Oct 2022 having previously worked at the District Valuer office and prior to that provided lease consultancy advice in the main property sectors.

My Recent Projects

  • Working closely with Martin Forbes, I undertake Red Book loan security valuations on a variety of property types and preparing asset valuations for public sector clients.
  • Healthcare: I provided asset valuations for financial reporting purposes within the healthcare sector with key clients including NHS Orkney and NHS Lanarkshire. I have gained experience in undertaking DRC valuations.
  • Education: I undertook asset valuations for financial statement purposes for University of Edinburgh, University of Aberdeen and Ayrshire College. Within these instructions, I provided valuations for both specialised and non-specialised assets.
  •  Local Authorities: My local authority clients include West Dunbartonshire Council and East Dunbartonshire Council. Valuation advice has been provided on both specialised and non-specialised assets, with a mixed portfolio comprising a range of commercial assets which have required varying valuation methods and approaches depending on the nature of the assets.
  • Loan Security: I have undertaken a number of loan security valuations on a variety of property types including commercial property and development sites on behalf of clients including banks and building societies.
