• • I have over 25 years’ experience of undertaking valuations across Scotland and have undertaken a number of loan security valuations on a variety of property types including commercial property and development sites on behalf of clients including banks and building societies such as Santander, HSBC, QNB, Nationwide and RBS.
  • Over a number of years I have gained a strong reputation overseeing valuations for accounts and general purposes of commercial and specialised properties in Scotland for a range of public sector clients such as NHS Lanarkshire, NHS Shetland and NHS Orkney as well as the Universities of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, West of Scotland and Queen Margaret.
  • A unique valuation that I undertake, is of the landside assets of Highlands and Islands Airports. I provide asset valuation services to East and West Dunbartonshire Councils, and I have provided asset valuation advice to South Lanarkshire and Ayrshire Colleges.
  • I have a strong track record on Asset Valuations which primarily relate to specialised medical or further education buildings and as such I have gained considerable experience of undertaking DRC valuations and complex, unconventional valuations.
  • As a trusted advisor, I am retained on a 5 year contract to provide asset valuations for statutory purposes to Scottish Canals which encompasses a wide variety of operational undertakings as well as commercial and development propositions.
