I advise our landlord and tenant clients in relation to rent reviews, lease renewals and regears. I predominantly specialise in high street retail however also work across the industrial and office markets within the Midlands.

I have been with Gerald Eve for over 3 years, previously working at a retail agency firm in London. I am also a RICS Registered Valuer.

My key clients have included Costa Coffee, WHSmith, The Co-operative, Wolseley, Dulux, Regus, Bestway Pharmacies, Boots PLC, Sainsbury’s, Burger King and Pizza Express.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Retail – I acted for Costa Coffee on their lease renewal on Market Place Warwick during the covid-19 pandemic, achieving a new market level for the pitch and a substantial decrease in the passing rent.
• Industrial – I have acted for national multiples including Wolseley and Dulux on a number of renewals and rent reviews across the West Midlands
• Office – I have advised tenants on their upcoming rent reviews located at key office locations in Birmingham including Birmingham City Centre, Fort Dunlop and Birmingham Business Park.
• Valuation – Assisted on a number of nursery valuations for investment purposes within the Birmingham conurbation.
