Natalie Davies



I am a Partner in the Planning and Development Team, working with developers, investors and occupiers. I have considerable experience advising on and managing the full application process.

I specialise in working on complex sites in Central London and project managing the day-to-day planning process to ensure that deadlines are achieved. I have considerable experience in negotiating planning applications and s106 agreements.

My key clients include Almacantar, British Land, Grange Hotel Group, LabTech, Lazari, M+G, UCL.



  • Former Central Saint Martins – I advised Global Grange Hotels on the redevelopment of a strategically important site in Holborn comprising the redevelopment of the Grade II* Listed Lethaby Building and former Cochrane Theatre to provide a 427-bed hotel, 34 affordable homes, co-working space, cultural and exhibition space and other amenities.
  • Camden Town Portfolio – I advise LabTech on their Camden Town portfolio and have achieved planning permissions for Stables Market, Camden Lock Market, Buck Street Market and various of their other land holdings.
  • Hawley Wharf – I advised LabTech on the redevelopment of a strategically important two hectare site in Camden Town consisting of employment, cinema, leisure, residential and a new primary school for Camden Council.
