Neil Henderson

I am particularly experienced in matters concerning Central London where my spectrum of work ranges from advising on proposals for major regeneration schemes through to the promotion of applications in some of London’s most historic and sensitive areas. I have also appeared as an expert witness at Public Local Inquiries, Development Plan EiP’s, the High Court, Land tribunals and CPO inquiries.

My clients include amongst others M&G, Standard Life, Cadogan Estates Limited, the Berkeley Group, Stanhope, Baupost, Mitsui, LVMH, City Developments Ltd, Frogmore and IHG.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Central London development – I advise clients such as the Cadogan Estate, M&G, O&H Properties, Stanhope, Frank Capital, the Acai Group and the Berkeley Group on all matters concerning Central London issues including application progression, planning strategy, political and community engagement and policy application.
• Residential Development – I have substantial experience of advising on all matters concerning residential led schemes for both house builders and developers including application strategy.
• Historic Environment – I have been instructed to advise on some of the most prestigious historic buildings and sites in the UK including Kensington Palace, the Science Museum and the Tower of London.
