I’m a Partner in our Lease Consultancy team. I specialise in the negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructures, with a focus on the office sector in London and the South East. I am also experienced in the preparation of expert evidence for arbitration and independent expert proceedings.

I provide strategic advice to a broad range of landlord and tenant clients and undertake negotiations with particular expertise in advising clients how best to resolve rent review and lease renewal disputes, options for dispute resolution and how best to manage the potential risks involved with these processes.

I act for a wide variety of investor and occupier clients including Aviva Investors, Dar Group, Mapeley, EDF Energy and IWG.

  • Rent Reviews, West End Office Building – Advising a landlord client on rent reviews of two trophy office floors at a building in Mayfair and securing significant rental increases.
  • Lease Renewals, South East Office Building – Providing strategic advice to a major landlord client on lease renewals at an office building in Southend-on-Sea and how best to increase the asset value.
  • Rent Reviews, Midtown Office Building – Advising a landlord client on various rent reviews throughout a 65,000 sq ft Midtown office building.
