MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Valuation of a site in Southwark with planning permission for a 244 bed student scheme with no affordable student accommodation or link to a university required for loan security purposes.
• Valuation of the University of Derby’s 423 bed student scheme for potential sale as it had become vacant and needed substantial refurbishment.
• Valuation and strategic advice to a South London University on their options for the future operation of their 486 bed student accommodation in light of substantive fire compliance and cladding remediation costs.
• Loan security valuation advice to HSBC in regards to Caterham and Woldingham Schools. This involved undertaking a trading valuation of the independent school and sports ground in addition to a valuation on the basis of vacant possession.
