I’m a Partner in our London Offices team with over 10 years’ post qualification experience specialising in the West End office market. My expertise includes transactions, design development, and lease negotiation on behalf of owners, developers, property companies, institutions and occupiers.

Having joined Gerald Eve in 2016, I run the West End side of our London leasing team advising both landlords and occupiers. My role overlaps with both the London Investment and Lease Consultancy teams, covered by both our West End and City offices.

My clients include Tishman Speyer, Motcomb Estates, BDO, The Howard de Walden Estate, Guggenheim Partners, Royal London Asset Management, Standard Life Aberdeen, Squarestone and A&A Investments.



  • 55 Baker Street, W1 – I advised BDO in disposing of c 25,000 sq ft surplus offices in 55 Baker Street whilst working in conjunction with our Lease Consultancy team on the client’s rent review.
  • The Peak, 5 Wilton Road, SW1 – I acted on behalf of Guggenheim Partners, to complete the disposal of 11,000 sq ft surplus leasehold tenant space in The Peak, Victoria.
  • The Harley Building, W1 – On behalf of a private UK investor, I advised on the design stage redevelopment and subsequent single letting of a 35,000 sq ft headquarters building on New Cavendish Street, W1, generating an annual rental income of £3million.
