Rhodri is a Partner in our London West End Agency department.  He has 10 years’ experience specialising in the West End office market. His expertise includes office disposal and acquisition advice to owners, developers, property companies, institutions and occupiers.

Rhodri’s investor clients include Royal London Asset Management, Aberdeen Asset Management, The Pollen Estate, Motcomb Estate, Squarestone and A&A Investments.

Specific experience
Acting on behalf of owner-occupier clients Allgood, Rhodri advised on the freehold sale of their former 12,000 sq ft head office on Euston Road and secured a then record capital value of £1,000 per sq ft, reflecting a 35% premium on guide price. The sale and short term leaseback was undertaken at the same time as a search and acquisition for new leasehold premises in Holborn, significantly reducing the client’s occupational footprint and cost.

Acting for a private family trust, Rhodri recently advised on the redevelopment and pre-let of a 26,000 sq ft head office on Pentonville Road, King’s Cross.

On behalf of Royal London Asset Management, Rhodri advised on the refurbishment of 45,000 sq ft in Castlewood, 85 New Oxford Street and let the entirety to Linkedin as part of their London HQ relocation.

Acting on behalf of Capita, Rhodri has advised across their entire central London estate, to include the acquisition of 25,000 sq ft on Shaftesbury Avenue, WC2 and relocation from Sackville Street, W1.

Current live projects include advising Tishman Speyer on asset initiatives and forthcoming leasing on 100,000 sq ft in the Economist Plaza, St James’s, and advising a private UK investor on the redevelopment and leasing of a 36,000 sq ft office scheme on New Cavendish Street delivering Q4 2016.
