Rhodri is a Partner in our London West End transactions team.  He has over 10 years’ post qualification experience specialising in the West End office market. His expertise includes design development and lease disposal advice to owners, developers, property companies, institutions and occupiers.

Rhodri’s clients include Tishman Speyer, Motcomb Estates, BDO, Howard de Walden Estates, Guggenheim Partners, Royal London Asset Management, Aberdeen Asset Management, Squarestone and A&A Investments.

Specific experience

55 Baker Street, W1
Current live projects include advising BDO in disposing of c 25,000 sq ft surplus offices in 55 Baker Street whilst working in conjunction with Gerald Eve’s lease consultancy team on the client’s rent review.

The Peak, 5 Wilton Road, SW1
Acting on behalf of Guggenheim Partners, Rhodri recently completed the disposal of 11,000 sq ft surplus leasehold tenant space in The Peak, Victoria.

The Harley Building, W1
On behalf of a private investor, Rhodri recently advised on the design stage redevelopment and subsequent single letting of the 35,000 sq ft headquarters building on New Cavendish Street, W1.

Pivotal, Pentonville Road, N1
Acting for a private family trust, Rhodri advised on the redevelopment, pre-let and subsequent investment sale of the 26,000 sq ft head office building.

Castlewood, 85 New Oxford Street, WC1
On behalf of Royal London Asset Management, Rhodri advised on the refurbishment of 45,000 sq ft and let the entirety to Linkedin as part of their London HQ relocation.

The Copyright Building, 30 Berners Street, W1
On behalf of Derwent London, Rhodri worked on securing Capita who acquired a pre-let of the entire 86,000 sq ft.

Smithson Plaza, SW1
Current live projects include advising Tishman Speyer on asset initiatives and leasing of 25,000 sq ft in the former ‘Economist Plaza’ in St James’s, SW1.
