I am a Partner and I lead the specialist Technical Development Consultancy. Managing development risk is at the core of the Gerald Eve suite of specialist services. I have extensive experience in construction, property development and financing. My advice is always delivered with a commercial focus with expert knowledge and experience across the key sectors.

I have a passion for development and identifying strategies for clients to manage their development risk to ensure development opportunities are realised.  Whether for joint ventures, development finance, forward leasing or purchase commitments, I have experience in delivering successful projects across the principal property sectors.

I have advised a range of clients including; Portman Estate, Bank Hapoalim, Evans Randall, Aviva Investors, PGIM, Railpen.



  • Art’Otel, Hoxton, London – Development advice and monitoring of this proposed 92m tall tower with adjoining buildings providing a mixture of Hotel, Serviced Office, Spa, Gym, and Art Gallery space. Acting as Project Monitor for the Funding Bank.
  • Park Plaza Waterloo, London – Development advice and monitoring of this large 493-bedroom hotel which comprised the partial reuse and extension of an existing 1950’s office building to create a high-quality hotel development with full F&B and spa facilities within the centre of London immediately adjacent to Waterloo train station.
  • Holiday Inn/ Staybridge Suites, Heathrow – Development advice and monitoring of this new build development offering 623 bedrooms split between the Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites brands on a key Bath Road site adjacent to Heathrow Airport.  The proximity of the site to the airport has presented significant third-party issues that have had to be manged to allow the construction to proceed without impacting on the operations of the airport.
