I am an Associate in our specialist Lease Exit department, based in the City of London office. I focus in providing specialist lease end strategy advice to a variety of clients, including both landlords and tenants across a variety of sectors.

I also have experience in providing technical due diligence building surveys, Schedules of Condition, Contract Administration on construction projects and Reinstatement Cost Assessments.

I have experience in providing detailed terminal schedules of dilapidations on behalf of landlords. I prepare, defend and negotiate terminal claims using my diverse skill set which includes strong technical construction knowledge, key understanding of contractual lease obligations and robust negotiation tactics.

I provide bespoke advice to a range of occupiers in both the office and retail sectors. I advise on the best strategy to mitigate lease end liabilities and provide an estimated dilapidations figure for budgeting purposes.

I produce detailed schedules of condition that are appended to leases. These take in consideration of the lease liabilities and help document the condition of the property at term commencement.

I am an RICS Chartered Building Surveyor and hold a Master of Science in Building Surveying (Distinction). Using my professional and academic qualifications and industry experience I am able to provide clients with unique advice in respect of individual properties and complex contractual responsibilities.

My key clients include occupiers such as Mapeley, WHSmiths, Toweragte and Maximus UK Services. My landlord clients include the University of Roehampton, Grosvenor, Bedford Borough Council and City of London Corporation.
