I’m a Partner based in our Cardiff office. I advise clients on the acquisition and disposal of office and industrial accommodation, property investments and development sites throughout South Wales and South West of England. This combines market analysis, acquisition / disposal strategy, targeted marketing, development / investment appraisal, deal structuring and lease and contract negotiations.

I have over 20 years’ experience in the commercial property market, focused on Cardiff, Swansea, Bristol and the South West of England, acting for a variety of UK and overseas occupiers, property investors and developers.

My key clients include Kaplan, AJ Gallagher, Towergate, DVLA, AB Inbev, Carlsberg, Brady Corp, Borg Warner, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Tesco, EDF, Action for Children and Sisters of the Sacred Hearts I also advise various private property companies and family trusts.



  • One Cathedral Square, Bristol – I advised, on behalf of ADIA, on the marketing and sale of a 250 yr leasehold interest in 54,000 sqft Bristol City Centre office building adjoining a Marriot Hotel, with leaseback of a three storey underground car park.  This was sold to Mercer for comprehensive repositioning, securing record rents to Dyson and University of Bristol and subsequently sold for £33.5m
  • Woodland House, Cardiff – I provided, on behalf of Tesco PLC, lease exit advice in relation to 85,000 sqft call centre building, securing early surrender inclusive of dilapidations and rent. I also advised on the subsequent retention by the landlord, Oval Real Estate and onward sale to Cardiff & Vale University Healthboard for refurbishment and occupation.
  • Telelink Park, Swansea Vale – I advised, on behalf of DVLA, the acquisition of three new office buildings, an Innovation Facility, Learning Centre and Contact Centre, all totalling 110,000 ft² by way of pre-let and purchase agreements from two separate developers. The development enabled DVLA to secure a new modern satellite campus close to their large Morriston HQ, linked via dedicated and secure fibre connection.
