I’m a Partner in the Industrial department, based in the West End. I specialise in the valuation of industry, energy, infrastructure and logistics properties across the UK.

My experience has focussed on providing Red Book valuations for various purposes including loan security, financial reporting, capital gains tax, purchase and sale. I also value industrial sites, reviewing viability for planning purposes and section 18 valuation matters, and in compliance with the Charities Act across all property classes.

My clients include; banks and finance houses such as Aldbourne Project Finance, Arbuthnot Latham, Barclays, Handelsbanken, HSBC and Royal Bank of Scotland; energy companies such as East London Biogas, EDF, Eggborough Power, Scottish Power and Triton Power; infrastructure operators such as Canal & River Trust, C.RO Ports and Portsmouth Port; transport providers such as Go Ahead, Lasham Airfield, Swanage Chain Ferry and Rizonjet; manufacturing companies such as Citroen, De La Rue, Laing O’Rourke, Mars Inc, Newsquest and Pura Foods; industrial operators such as Brenntag Chemicals, Origin Fertilizers and Sims Metals; and, distribution companies such as Brake Bros, DHL and GIST.



  • Industrial development site – I carried out a valuation of a 30-acre industrial development site in west London for planning viability purposes.
  • Portfolio of multi let industrial estates – I conducted a valuation of a portfolio of multi let industrial estates in the south east for loan security purposes.
  • Manufacturing sites – I carried out valuation of two 10-20-acre manufacturing sites for a global engineering company in Derbyshire & Cambridgeshire for internal company accounts purposes.
