I specialise in valuation, strategic estates advice and transactions for education, healthcare and other institutional properties, both as operational entities and with vacant possession.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Independent schools – I advise on the valuation of Bonds issued by Alpha Plus Group, acquisitions by Dukes Education of trading schools and ground rent sales by Cognita Schools.
• HEI & FE Colleges – I advise on the valuation of numerous further education colleges and university campuses for loan security purposes, financial reporting and merger purposes and on-campus and third party PBSA schemes.
• Care homes – I advised on the valuation of operational homes for the likes of Friends of the Elderly and care home investments for Alpha Real Capital, KFIM and USS.
• Charities – strategic estates advice to a wide range of charities as well as mergers and disposals of properties and trading activities in accordance with The Charities Act 2011.
