I’m a Senior Associate in our London Building Consultancy team. I specialise in a variety of building consultancy disciplines including technical due diligence, dilapidations, contract administration and reinstatement cost assessments for a wide range of clients throughout the UK.
I have been heavily involved with investors in the Sheltered & Assisted Living property sector and providing pre-acquisition and post-acquisition advice on the purchase of a diverse range of properties for conversion and adaption into homes for residents with specialist housing requirements. This work has also progressed into providing assistance to the same investors as they commission bespoke forward funded development schemes for the Sheltered & Assisted Living market.
