I have been heavily involved with investors in the Sheltered & Assisted Living property sector and providing pre-acquisition and post-acquisition advice on the purchase of a diverse range of properties for conversion and adaption into homes for residents with specialist housing requirements. This work has also progressed into providing assistance to the same investors as they commission bespoke forward funded development schemes for the Sheltered & Assisted Living market.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Due Diligence – I have worked on behalf of Richard Austin Alloys on undertaking the due diligence on a 52,668sqft warehouse and office building and acting as Project Manager on behalf of the client for the subsequent £600k refurbishment and fit out of the property.
• Contract administration – I’ve acted as contract manager on the redevelopment of a distribution warehouse on behalf of an owner occupier to create a bespoke metals distribution warehouse with ancillary offices. I’ve also created specification and tender documentation for the restoration of a Grade II Listed church.
• Reinstatement Cost Assessments – I have produced RCAs for clients on a range of properties including schools, offices, warehouse and historic buildings including Admiralty Arch in London and acting on behalf of Portsmouth University with regards producing RCA’s on all of their university buildings and student accommodation.
