I am Partner in the Hotels team with broad responsibilities across the delivery of our valuation and advisory services.

I have extensive experience in valuing hotels across UK, Europe and further afield. I also provide advice on lease advisory matters including rent reviews, an area where I am also on the President of the RICS Panel of Arbitrators.

I have over 30 years of experience on which to draw in order to help provide considered and reliable advice.

For a number of years I have been called upon by the RICS to provide web classes for CPD on How to Value Hotels and am regarded as one of the leading experts in the field.
