I’m an Associate in our our Property and Asset Management Team based in the London West End office.

We offer a tailormade service to investors, delivering efficiently managed investments with a proactive approach to add value and engage with tenants. We provide a cohesive service from pre-acquisition through to site mobilisation and rent collection. I have specialised in the retail and leisure sector since 2000, focusing on strategic estate strategy, day-to-day asset management and lease consultancy.

My knowledge of landlord and tenant law and practice and my experience and understanding of the drivers for both landlords and tenants allows me to find and negotiate solutions that meet my client’s needs whilst leaving both parties satisfied.

I can advise on cost recovery (including rent, rates, service charge and insurance), rent reviews, asset protection (from lease renewal/re-gearing to boundary and neighbour issues), and other property management functions.

I have assisted several clients with major portfolio initiatives, ranging from obtaining Landlord’s consents for the installation of 150 Post Offices into WH Smith branches to, using my persuasive skills, gaining approval for the assignment of over 100 KFC restaurants to franchise operators. I work closely with our Facilities Management Team to ensure that the client’s asset value is protected and to minimise risk under H&S legislation.

With my experience in retail and leisure asset management, for both landlords and corporate occupiers, I am able to maximise rental value and minimise voids in the management of the properties I oversee. I have gained a detailed understanding of the rapidly evolving telecoms market and can advise my clients on safeguarding their asset and protecting their income stream from this area.
