My Experience

• I have built a breadth of experience across industrial, land, office and retail sectors in Scotland’s central belt. For landlords, investors and occupiers I manage and provide strategic advice when buying, selling and leasing commercial property. Additionally, I conduct detailed searches to source investment opportunities or client business space requirements.
• I am a retained agent for various multi-let estates including Queenslie Park, Westfield North Industrial Estate and Excelsior Park.
• I am experienced in lease consultancy services having represented client lease renewals and rent reviews across Scotland in industrial, office and retail property types.
• Some of my recent projects have included the successful closing date and sale of a former Portakabin site in Newbridge, leasehold office acquisition for Chivas Brothers, Glasgow and disposal of various former ATS Euromaster sites.
• Further clients across a range of sectors include Dulux, Arthur J Gallagher, The Ardonagh Group, HGF, First Response, Northern Trust, Warehouse REIT and Whitbread.
