I’m an Associate in our Planning and Development department based in the West End of London. My main areas of expertise are land assembly, valuation and development advice
I specialise in advising on valuations for various purposes as well as land assembly for regeneration and infrastructure projects, in particular the use of compulsory purchase.
I act as an adviser to landowners, investors, developers and occupiers across both private and public sectors.
MY RECENT PROJECTS
- Compulsory Purchase – I act for claimants on acquisitions such as by High Speed Two (HS2) as well as acquiring authorities who make compulsory purchase orders. Work has included preparing a property cost estimate for residential properties in east London and advising in respect of acquisitions in advance of a compulsory purchase order and on the process of achieving a compulsory purchase order.
- Valuations – I have been involved in valuation of large schemes, including a prime development in Central London. This includes mixed residential schemes, from social rented to high value private units with gross development values for the schemes ranging from £1 million to over £200 million.
- Estate Valuation – I have valued, including project managing the wider team, a large London estate for financial purposes. I have past experience of social housing portfolios, one of which had aggregate vacant possession values in excess of £2 billion.
