I’m a Senior Associate in our Planning and Development Team. I came to Gerald Eve after over 20 years’ working in local government in London, most recently at the Greater London Authority, where I spent nine years in the Mayor’s Planning Team, advising both the former and current Mayors on a wide range of referable, strategic planning applications across Greater London.
My background is in handling large-scale regeneration projects and mixed-use applications over London. My senior officer role at City Hall required significant engagement with the Mayor and Deputy Mayors on a day-to-day basis, as well as Borough leaders, senior Council officers, and other stakeholders, giving me a unique insight and understanding of regional and local government politics and procedures across London. This includes Mayoral call-ins, Secretary of State call-in, public inquiries and Judicial review, as well as Freedom of Information and Environmental Information Regulation requests.
